摘 要:目的:研究腺花香茶菜地下块茎化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从腺花香茶菜地下块茎70%丙酮提取物中分离得到5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1)、乌索酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、阿魏酸(4)、松柏醛(5)。结论:化合物1-5均为首次从该植物地下块茎中获得,化合物1、4、5则为首次由该植物中分离得到。Objective:To explore the chemical constituents of tuber of Isodon adenantha.Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences.Results: Five compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract from tuber of I.adenantha and identified as 8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1),ursolic acid(2),β-sitosterol(3),ferulic acid(4) and coniferyl aldehyde(5).Conclusion: Compounds 1-5 are isolated from the underground part of I.adenantha for the first time,and the compounds 1,4,and 5 were firstly obtained from this plant.
