摘　　要：目的:研究腺花香茶菜地下块茎化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从腺花香茶菜地下块茎70%丙酮提取物中分离得到5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1)、乌索酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、阿魏酸(4)、松柏醛(5)。结论:化合物1-5均为首次从该植物地下块茎中获得,化合物1、4、5则为首次由该植物中分离得到。Objective：To explore the chemical constituents of tuber of Isodon adenantha.Methods： Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences.Results： Five compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract from tuber of I.adenantha and identified as 8（17）,13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid（1）,ursolic acid（2）,β-sitosterol（3）,ferulic acid（4） and coniferyl aldehyde（5）.Conclusion： Compounds 1-5 are isolated from the underground part of I.adenantha for the first time,and the compounds 1,4,and 5 were firstly obtained from this plant.
