大理州Rh(D)阴性献血者资料库的建立健全及应用

摘　　要：目的:建立健全Rh(D)阴性献血者资料库和实体库,确保Rh(D)阴性患者能够及时、有效的输注安全的Rh(D)阴性血液及血液制品。方法:献血前初筛采用玻片法,献血后检测采用微量板法,确认试验采用试管法。结果:通过对48 884份血样的筛查,共筛选到86名Rh(D)阴性献血者,未筛出不规则抗体。结论:大理州Rh(D)阴性血型资料库已建立,下一步的工作重点是扩充资料库,健全实体库,招募更多的献血者,保证临床用血的及时有效。Objective：To establish and improve Rh（D）-negative blood donors＇ information database and physical database,and ensure that the Rh（D）-negative patients can receive a prompt and effective blood transfusion of safe blood and blood product.Method： Slide method was used to screen blood donors before donation,micro-plate was used to detect blood after donation,and tube method was used to confirm.Result： Eighty-six Rh（D）-negative blood donors were selected from 48,884 blood samples,among which no irregular antibodies were screened.Conclusion： Rh（D）-negative blood group information database has been established in Dali Prefecture,the next step is to expand it and improve physical database and recruit more blood donors to ensure a prompt and effective clinical blood transfusion.
