集中探视管理模式在无陪护精神病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨无陪护精神病房对探视人群更有效的管理模式。方法:将传统的每日分段探视(早上9:30～11:00,下午3:30～5:00)管理法调整为每周2次集中探视,在河南省精神病医院1个病区实践应用,规定每周三、六为探视日,鼓励探视者尽量集中在这2天中的某一天来院探视,采用前后对照的方法评估实施效果。结果:实施集中式探视管理模式前后,住院患者满意度、病区护理人员工作满意度及干预前后患者家属社会支持度比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;家属病耻感比较干预前后无统计学意义。结论:无陪护精神病房中应用集中式探视管理模式,能同时提高患者家属对护理服务的满意度及护士工作满意度,并提高了患者家属的社会支持度。Objective：To explore an effective management mode for visiting groups in no accompany psychiatric ward. Methods：Turn the raditional segmentation management method （9：30 am - 11 ： 00, 3 ： 30 p.m. - 5 ： 00 pm, per day ） into twice every week （Wednesday, Saturday）, A case -control study was carried out in one ward to evaluate implementation effect by comparison study. Results： Before and after practicing the concentrated visiting management mode, there were significant differences in patients＇satisfaction ,job satisfaction of nurse staff and the social support state（ P 〈 0.05 ） , But there was no improve for stigma（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusions： Application of concentrated visiting management in no accompany psychiatric ward can improve patients＇satisfaction ,job satisfaction of nurse staff and the social support state of caregivers.
