摘  要:目的观察灯盏细辛在急性脑缺血期对内源性脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)及酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptor B receptor,trkB)合成的影响。方法采用改良的Zealonga法建立大鼠大脑中动脉局灶缺血/再灌注梗死(Middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion,MCAO)模型。45只SD大鼠随机分为MCAO模型组(A组),给药组2.7ml/kg×7天(B组)及对照组(C组)。然后制作冰冻切片对BDNF,trkB免疫组化测量。结果 BDNF及trkB免疫组化检测结果均提示,给药组与模型组比较有显着性差异(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛可诱导脑梗死后BDNF及其高亲和性受体trkB表达上调。Objective To observe the effect of breviscapine on exspression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and tyrosine kinase receptor B(trkB) of focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods45 SD rats were randomized into 3 groups including model group,treatment group and sham group.The expressions of BDNF and trkB neurons were observed with immunochemical method.ResultsThe expressions of BDNF and trkB neurons of treatment group was different from that of model group and treatment group,P〈0.05.ConclusionBreviscapine may be related with the up-regulation expression of BDNF and trkB.
