针灸配合通窍活血汤治疗脑外伤后头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸配合通窍活血汤加味治疗颅脑外伤后头痛的临床疗效。方法 126例确诊为头部外伤的患者,随机分为两组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组(72例)应用针灸配合通窍活血汤加味治疗;对照组(54例)应用颅痛定、益脑灵治疗,两组患者治疗15d后观察疗效。结果治疗组中头痛缓解,有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)、平均治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上运用针灸配合通窍活血汤加味可明显提高颅脑外伤后头痛的疗效,缩短疗程。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongqiaohuoxue decoction on headache after traumatic brain injury.Methods126 patients with head injury were randomly divided into 2 groups（treatment group and control group）.The treatment group was treated with conventional treatment and acupuncture combined with Tongqiaohuoxue decoction,while the control group with conventional treatment.Results The headache relief of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The average healing time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.ConclusionUnderstands in the conventional treatment foundation after acupuncture combined with Tongqiaohuoxue decoction may enhance the effect of headache after traumatic brain injury and reduce the treatment course.
