超声监视下输卵管通液术在不孕症诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨B超监视下行通液术诊治输卵管阻塞性不孕症的价值。方法通过50例不孕患者在B超下行输卵管通液术,观察注药阻力大小、宫腔积液、宫内液体流动方向、双侧输卵管距伞端情况及盆腔液体的变化。结果 8例双侧输卵管通液良好,6例双侧输卵管阻塞,16例一侧输卵管阻塞及20例双侧输卵管通而不畅。结论超声监视下行输卵管通液,可直观通液的全过程,能较准确地判断输卵管阻塞的部位和程度,具有重要临床价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound guided tubal surgery with water in diagnosis and treatment for tubal obstruction infertility.MethodsUnder the ultrasound guidance,50 cases of tubal infertility underwent surgery.The resistance to injection size,uterine fluid,uterine fluid flow direction,away from the umbrella side tubal fluid situation and pelvic changes were observed.ResultsIn the treatment of tubal obstruction,while 8 cases were diagnosed with bilateral tubal normal,6 cases with bilateral tubal occlusion,16 cases with blocked fallopian tube on one side and 20 cases with bilateralfallopian tubes.ConclusionUltrasound guided tubal surgery with water has important clinical value,which can be directly revealed.The location and extent of tubal obstruction can be judged more accurately.
