一次性气管导管替代肛管在肠麻痹中药保留灌肠中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性气管插管导管替代肛管在肠麻痹患者中药保留灌肠中的效果。方法收集于ICU住院的40例肠麻痹病人,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统的肛管灌肠及一次性气管插管导管替代肛管灌肠,比较两种灌肠方法的治疗效果、临床护理工作量及对病人肛周皮肤的影响。结果两组治疗效果、临床护理工作量和病人皮肤情况比较实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性气管插管导管在肠麻痹患者中药保留灌肠治疗效果好、大便引流通畅、出入量统计准确、明显减轻了护理工作量、减少了粪便对病人肛周皮肤的刺激。Objective To observe the effect of the one-time tracheal intubation catheter instead of analcanal on treating enteroparalysist by Chinese Traditional Medicine retention enema.Methods40 patients with enteroparalysis were divided into compared group and study group.The study group was treated with one-time tracheal intubation and the compared group with conventional method.The therapeutic effect,clinical nursing workload and the skin around anal were observed.ResultsThe study group was superior to the compared in healing,clinical nursing workload and patient skin condition.ConclusionIt is effective on treatment of enteroparalysist with one-time tracheal intubation.
