护理干预对胃癌手术病人麻醉恢复期的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析护理干预对胃癌手术病人麻醉恢复期的影响。方法:选择2008年1月-2010年1月我院全麻下行胃癌根治术的病人70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各35例。对照组对手术室温度不做特殊干预;观察组给予病人覆盖保温毯、液体加热器、电热褥等综合护理干预措施。比较两组病人在麻醉恢复期血压、鼻咽温度、尿量、引流量、拔管时间、清醒时间、寒颤及躁动的发生情况。结果:观察组苏醒期并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组在PACU的滞留时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对胃癌手术病人实施综合保温护理干预可缩短病人麻醉恢复期、减少各种并发症的发生,优于传统护理方法。Objective：To analyze the nursing intervention on cancer recovery period of surgical anesthesia.Methods：In January 2008 January-2010 anesthesia in our hospital patients radical gastrectomy 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 patients each.The control group do not do special intervention of the operating room temperature,the observation group for patients covered insulation blanket,liquid heaters,electric mattress,comprehensive nursing intervention.Anesthesia recovery period in the two groups were compared blood pressure,nasopharyngeal temperature,urine output,drainage,extubation time,recovery time,the incidence of chills,and restlessness.Results：The emergence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（p0.05）.The observation group PACU stay was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of the integrated gastric cancer surgical patients nursing intervention can reduce the thermal recovery of anesthesia to reduce the incidence of complications than the conventional methods of care.
