摘　　要：通过对大型氮肥装置和设备国产化的调研，提出大型合成氨装置和大型尿素装置国产化的设想、努力方向及需要进一步完善和开发的领域。建议国家进一步加大国产化的进程，组建相应的机构，在政策上给予优惠，建立以业主、承包商、科研设计、制造商一条龙的国产化开发机制，早日实现具有中国特色的低能耗、低投资、技术先进、控制水平高的国产化大氮肥装置。After an investigation of the localization of large nitrogenous fertilizer units and equipment, the envisagement, direction of exertion, and fields requiring further perfection and development in the localization of large ammonia and urea units. It is suggested that the state speed up the process of localization further, set up relevant organs, give preferential treatment in policy, establish a mechanism for the development of localization, integrating owners, contractors, scientific research and design institutes and manufacturers together, and realize as soon as possible the localization of large nitrogenous fertilizer units with Chinese characteristics, low in energy consumption and investment, advanced in technology and high in control level.
