坎地沙坦酯治疗原发性高血压合并左室肥厚对心肌重量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价血管紧张素2受体阻滞剂在治疗原发性高血压合并左室肥厚患者降压的同时,观察其对心肌重量的影响,从而推测其抗心肌重塑作用。方法:将符合原发性高血压合并左肥厚的患者50例入组,给予坎地沙坦酯分散片4-8mg/d,服用3个月。结果:观察降压治疗效果、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室舒张末内径、左室重量指数,经坎地沙坦治疗3个月后均显著减小。结论:坎地沙坦可于短期内改善原发性高血压所致左室心肌肥厚。Objective：To evaluate the role of AngⅡ receptor blocker in treatment to primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and its effects to myocardial mass,so as to indicate the anti-myocardial hypertrophy effect of this medicine.Methods：Fifty patients diagnosed primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy were enrolled.They had been asked to take Candesartan 4-8mg/d,for 3 months.Results：Patients＇ BP,IVST,LVPWT,LVDd,LVMI were significantly lowered after 3 months＇ treatment with Candesartan.Conclusion：Candesartan could ameliorate the left ventricular hypertrophy caused by primary hypertension in a relatively short term.
