摘　　要：嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)是人、畜和水生动物共患的条件致病菌。目前发现其致病性与多种毒力因子相关。主要对外毒素、外膜蛋白和信号相关蛋白等毒力因子相关基因的研究进展作一综述,为嗜水气单胞菌病的鉴定、预防和治疗提供参考。Aeromonas hydrophila is a kind of conditional pathogenic bacteria which infect human,livestock and aquatic animal.At present,it is found that its pathogenicity is related to many virulence factors.Finally,the research progress of virulence factors associated genes,such as ectotoxin,OMP and signal-related protein were reviewed,which provide references for the identification,prevention and treatment of Aeromonas hydrophila disease.
