摘 要:[目的]为忍冬种质资源的合理利用提供理论依据。[方法]运用RAMP标记技术对8个忍冬品种的遗传多样性进行分析,并采用UPGMA方法对其进行聚类。[结果]8个忍冬品种均具有较丰富的遗传多样性,其多态性比率为83.67%,遗传相似系数为0.5901~0.971 3,平均值为0.784 1。Nei's遗传距离和UPGMA分析结果显示,8个忍冬品种被聚为2大类,其中淡红忍冬与金银花的遗传相似系数最小(0.590 1),亲缘关系最远;贯月忍冬与格雷姆忍冬的遗传相似系数最大(0.971 3),亲缘关系最近。[结论]应用RAMP标记可有效分析忍冬品种的遗传多样性,为忍冬种质资源的鉴别、分类和有效利用提供依据。[Objective] The aim was to supply theoretical basis for reasonable utilization of honeysuckle germplasm resource.[Method] The genetic diversity of 8 honeysuckle varieties was analyzed by applying RAMP labeling technique and they were clustered by UPGMA method.[Result] The 8 honeysuckle varieties all possessed relatively rich genetic diversity,their polymorphism ratio,genetic similarity coefficients and average genetic similarity coefficient were 83.67%,0.590 1-0.971 3 and 0.784 1 resp.The results from Nei's genetic distance and UPGMA analysis showed that the 8 honeysuckle varieties were clustered to be 2 main categories,the genetic similarity coefficient between Lonicera henryi Hemsl and Lonicera japonica was smallest,being 0.590 1 and their kinship was farthest;the genetic similarity coefficient between Lonicera sempervirens and Lonicera periclymenum was biggest,being 0.971 3 and their kinship was nearest.[Conclusion] RAMP labeling technique was available to analyze the genetic diversity of honeysuckle varieties and this technique supplied foundation for identification,classification and available utilization of honeysuckle germplasm resource.
