摘　　要：为解决深冷设备的 Ｈ２ Ｓ 腐蚀，论述了深冷设备所用缓蚀剂的评价方法及合成效果，给出了 Ｂ Ｄ Ｈ－ １ 型缓蚀剂的合成机理、合成方法、用量以及加药点和加药装置的设计方案，为深冷设备防止 Ｈ２ Ｓ 腐蚀提供了完整的配套技术． 对某系统应用该装置日投药量２０ ～３０ ｋｇ ，腐蚀速度由０ ．７００ ｍ ｍａ 降至０ ．０１２ ｍ ｍａ ，缓蚀率为９４ ％ ～９５ ％ ．We made a research on the evaluation method of the types of the slow\|acting erodent used on the deeply\|cooling equipment, put forward the synthetic mechanism, method and the choice of type BDH-Ⅰ slow\|acting erodent, and the place of putting the slow\|acting erodent and the device design, formed a complete set of techniques for the deeply\|cooling equipment, preventing it from being eroded by H 2S.
