摘 要:采用精细地质研究、油藏综合动态分析、数值模拟和经济评价等技术,解决宋芳屯油田葡萄花油层高含水油井的压裂挖潜问题. 结果表明:高含水油井存在相当数量有待解放产能的非主力层. 当全井含水为40 % ~80 % 时,非主力层处于注水受效旺盛期,适宜压裂. 压裂层选取标准为厚度大于1 .5 m 、地层压力大于8 .0 M Pa 、有效渗透率为20 ×10 - 3~60 ×10 - 3 μm 2 、水淹层( 或高含水层) 与压裂层( 未水淹) 有效渗透率比值为1 .5 ~5 .0 . 高含水油井采用压裂技术开发后,4 口压裂井平均单井日增油2 .9 td ,预计全年增油量可达3 084 t .With the combination of technologies such as fine investigation of geological features, integrate dynamic analysis for oil reservoirs, numerical simulation and economic evaluation, this paper focuses on the issue of how to excavate the potential reserves among the oil production wells with higher water content in Putaohua Oil Reservoir of Songfangtun oilfield. The investigation shows that there are considerable amounts of non\|main oil reservoirs which need to be released among the oil production wells with higher water content. The treatments of fracturing may be conducted at the appropriate range of 40 to 80 percent of total water content in the wells, at which the non\|main oil reservoirs are in the peak of affusion phase but with lower water content. The target fracturing layers should be fit for the criteria of thickness larger than 1.5 meters, formation pressure higher than 8.0 MPa, permeability in effect from 20×10 -3 to 60×10 -3 μm 2, and at the meantime, the ratio of permeability in effect of flooded layers(or higher water content layers) versus target fracturing layers (or unflooded layers) between 1.5 and 5.0. The good results are present in the course of accomplishment of fracturing technologies among the oil production wells with higher water content. As for the four fractured production wells, the average increments of daily oil output are 2.9 t, the total increments of yearly oil output is about 3 084 t.
