摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒治疗是乙型肝炎最根本的治疗方法。拉米夫定是全球最早用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎的核苷类似物,随着用药时间的延长,耐药问题愈加突出。本文就拉米夫定耐药的机制、危害及诊断,耐药后挽救治疗的方法加以综述。Antiviral treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment of the most fundamental treatment for hepatitis B,lamivudine is the world＇s first for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B nucleoside analogues,with the administration time,drug resistance increasingly prominent.This mechanism of resistance to lamivudine,harm,diagnosis,and treatment methods to save the resistance to be reviewed.
