摘 要:目的在解剖学的基础上,探讨带血管蒂的肋骨瓣修复股骨粗隆大块骨缺损的新方法。方法采用人体标本810肋作为研究对象。解剖观察第810肋血供来源、走行及分支,测量血管蒂的直径、长度及肋骨的弧度、长度、宽度、厚度、骨皮质的厚度等。用相应数据分别与股骨、腓骨进行对照研究。结果在相应参数比较下,肋骨与股骨粗隆及腓骨无明显差异。结论在解剖学上,带血管蒂的肋骨修复股骨粗隆大块骨缺损具有可行性。Objective To investigate a new method to repair large intertrochanteric and femoral neck bone defects with ribs of a vascular pedicle flap at the anatomical basis.Methods Blood supply,course and branches of ribs 8 to10 were dissected and observed.The diameter of vascular pedicle,length and curvature of the ribs,length,width,thickness,the thickness of cortical bone were measured.And the data was compared with that of femur and fibula respectively.Results There was no difference between rib and intertrochanteric,fibula corresponding the data.Conclusion At the anatomical basis,vascularized rib repairing large intertrochanteric and femoral neck bone defect is feasible.
