摘　　要：在分析工作流管理联盟提出的通用工作流系统产品实现模型的基础上,提出了一个符合中小企业特点的工作流参考模型,并给出了基于J2EE的系统结构。使用VML实现了基于浏览器的流程自定义工具,采用XML对工作流程模板进行定义。设计出系统的数据库物理模型,并以此为基础实现了该系统的工作流引擎,最后探讨了在该引擎下系统具体的运作过程。Based on the generic workflow system product model proposed by Workflow Management Coalition,a workflow reference model which is in accord with the feature of small and medium-sized enterprise（SME） is designed,and the system architecture based on J2EE is given.VML is used to realize a browser-based process customized tool,and XML is used to define workflow templates.Database physical mode of the system is designed,and based on that the workflow engine of the system is realized.Finally,we discuss the specific operating procedure of the system under this engine.
