摘  要:通过概述机械密封抽空失效的机理,建立了泵在抽空状态下机械密封动、静环的运动方程,经过龙格-库塔法数值求解得到机械密封端面状况随时间变化的理论曲线。采用传感器及计算机A/D数据采集板对机械密封在抽空状态下的端面状况做了动态测试,获取了在抽空状态下动静环的位移、端面压力和温度随时间变化的实验曲线。实验曲线与理论曲线的比较表明,机械密封在抽空状态下,存在振动、端面开启和静环被抽出等失效形式,泵密封腔压力和介质温度是影响抽空后端面状况的关键因素。The mechanism of mechanical face seal failure is analyzed, and the motion equations of the seal rings of a pump under cavitation are established. The theoretical plot of mechanical seal face situation vs time is obtained by means of Runge Kutta numerical integration. Face situation of mechanical seal under cavitation is measured by using a sensor and data acquisition board, and the experimental plots of displacement, pressure and temperature of the seal rings vs time are obtained. Comparison between the theoretical plots and experimental plots shows that, under the condition of cavitation, the mechanical seal failure may occur in the forms of vibration, face opening and the static ring being pull out, and the pressure in the seal cavity of the pump and the temperature of the medium are the critical factors influencing the face situation after cavitation.
