摘　　要：针对视频图像处理技术,提出一种机车视频监控系统。该系统运用模板匹配算法,在机车的预定位置安装符号标识作为模板,对所拍摄的图像进行匹配。重点探讨机车车号的识别,速度的测定以及运动方向判别3个问题。该系统经实际应用,能满足井下视频监控的要求。On account of the video image processing technique,one type of locomotive video monitoring system is proposed.The system uses template matching algorithm,installs symbol identifier as the template at the locomotive reserved place,matching the images with shooting.Emphases discussing three issues such as the differentiation of locomotive number,speed determination and motion direction differentiation.The system can satisfy the requirement of coal mine video monitoring by practical appliance.
