摘　　要：圆柱齿轮的齿面质量,基本上取决于整个切齿过程中的切削参数,通过实验分析方法建立影响齿轮表面质量因素的数学模型,以优化切削用量参数,并确定切削用量对齿面质量的影响程度,实验结果表明能满足齿轮表面质量的要求。The surface quality of cinder gear basically depends on the cutting parameters through the whole cutting process,the mathematical model of quality factors that influence gear surface is set up by experiment analysis method,which optimizes cutting usage parameters and confirms the influence degree of cutting usage to surface quality.The experiment result showed that it satisfied the quality requirement of gear surface.
