摘　　要：简要介绍"鲶鱼效应"的来源,分析其内涵,详细论述图书馆与企业引用"鲶鱼效应"的环境差异,提出图书馆借鉴企业引用"鲶鱼效应"时要注意的几个问题。This article briefly introduces the origin of ＂Catfish Effect＂ and analyzes its connotation. It elaborates the difference between libraries and enterprises when applying the ＂Catfish Effect＂. Several problems about library applying the ＂Catfish Effect＂ from Enterprises are put forward.
