摘　　要：在目前图书馆发展的复合图书馆阶段,纸质图书和电子图书是图书馆重要的收藏、管理和服务对象,如何充分发挥二者的优势和特点,为读者提供优质、高水平服务,是图书馆面临的重要课题。本文比较了纸质图书和电子图书的特点,分析了读者对纸质图书和电子图书的需求情况,有针对性地提出了纸质图书与电子图书合理利用的对策。With the Comprehensive development of the library, both paper books and electronic books are important to be collected, managed and served. How to fulfill the advantages and characteristic of these two kinds of books and offer readers high quality services is an important issue for the library. The author compares the features of paper books and electronic books, and analyses readers＇ demand on paper and electronic books, then proposes pertinent solutions to use the paper and electronic books rationally.
