结合地方优势资源创建地方综合性大学创新人才培养模式——以广西亚热带生物资源为例

摘　　要：探索有特色的创新人才培养模式,以教育创新推动创新教育,是当前高等教育研究与实践的热点。本文以广西亚热带生物资源为例,提出了地方综合性大学要结合地方优势资源创建创新人才培养的模式。地方优势资源在设计培养目标、优化培养内容、探索培养途径等方面具有理论和实践的双层价值。创建创新人才培养模式应该坚持地方支持、学科支撑、学生主体三个原则。Exploring a characteristic cultivating pattern of innovative talents and promoting education by innovative education is the current hot topic in higher education research and practice.Taking subtropical biological resources in Guangxi as an example,it is suggested in this article that local comprehensive universities should create cultivating pattern of innovative talents by combining local advantageous resources.Local advantageous resources have both theoretical and practical values for the design of cultivating objectives,optimizing cultivating content,exploring cultivating ways.To create the cultivating pattern,people should insist on three principles of local support,discipline upholding and student-centered.
