摘 要:以乙醇为分散介质,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用分散聚合方法,制备粒径范围在1.84~4.23μm的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,并探讨单体用量、分散剂用量、引发剂用量、分散介质和反应温度等反应条件对所得聚合物微球粒径及其分布的影响.实验结果表明:在一定反应条件下,随着初始单体质量分数和引发剂质量分数的增大以及聚合温度的升高,聚苯乙烯微球的粒径增大;随着分散稳定剂PVP质量分数的增大,微球粒径变小;在相同条件下,以乙醇为分散介质比以甲醇为分散介质制得的PS微球粒径大.This article is concerned with the preparation of the polystyrene(PS) particles by dispersion polymerization using ethanol as the dispersion medium,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as the stabilizer,and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator.The number-average diameter of the PS particles,in a range of 1.84~4.23 μm,showed a good monodispersity.The effects of the stabilizer concentration,the initiator concentration,the monomer concentration,the polymerization temperature and the type of dispersion medium on the PS particle size and size distribution were investigated in detail.It was found that the PS particle size increased with increasing the monomer concentration,the initiator concentration and the polymerization temperature.The particle size decreased as the PVP concentration was increased.Compared with the methanol,the PS particle size became larger when using the ethanol as the dispersion medium.
