摘  要:对目前国际钢铁业最大的节能减排项目ULCOS项目中突破型炼铁技术:HIsarna熔融还原工艺和ULCOWIN铁矿电解的研发情况进行了介绍,并对项目中CO2减排技术进行了简要说明和适当评述。指出了ULCOS突破型炼铁技术的开发对今后炼铁技术发展的指导作用,为钢铁厂、特别是长流程钢铁厂结合自身定位和发展,规划开发低碳炼铁技术路线提供了参考。The status of research and development of ULCOS project,one of the largest energy-saving and emission-reducing program in recent globe iron and steel making industry,is introduced in terms of its breaking-through iron-making technologies—HIsarna process for melting reduction and ULCOWIN process of iron ore electrolyzing.The instructive function of breaking-through technology in ULCOS project to iron-making process in future is also pointed out in the article.The brief statement and appropriate comment on reducing CO2 emission given by the article provide the reference and consultation for making plans of low carbon technical routine with breaking through iron-making technologies for the iron and steel making companies especially for one applying long iron-making process with BF.
