摘　　要：目的:探讨多根多处肋骨骨折切开内固定术的围手术期护理.方法:通过对53例多根多处肋骨骨折病人切开内固定术的围手术期护理,结合文献对切开内固定术的围手术期护理进行经验总结.结果:53例行肋骨内固定手术治疗病人,均治愈出院,效果满意.结论:行肋骨内固定手术治疗病人,经过围手术期的护理干预,恢复顺利,促进了病人的早日康复.Objective：To investigate the perioperative nusing care of multiple fractures of multiple ribs treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Methods：Combining with the literature,the perioperative nursing experience of 53 cases multiple fractures of multiple ribs treated by open reduction and internal fixation were summarized.Results：53 patients were cured and left hospital with satisfactory result.Conclusion：Perioperative nursing care of surgical internal fixation can make patients recovery smoothly and promote the rehabilitation early.
