摘　　要：当代大学生是国家的栋梁之才,他们的法律素养直接关系到社会主义法治国家的建设。本文在分析了当前大学生法律素养现状的基础上,对如何提高大学生的法律素养进行了探讨,提出在理论上要帮助大学生认清"三个关系",在实践中要做好"四个结合"。University student is the backbone of the country,their legal quality is related to the construction of a socialist State ruled by law.How to improve the legal quality of the university student is the subject of this article.In the case of analyzing the current legal quality of the university student,this article put forward in theory to help students recognize＂ the three relationships ＂and in practice to make＂ the four combinations＂.
