摘　　要：Two new polyhydroxysteroids, 12β,16β,20-trihydroxycholesta-1,4-dien-3-one 16-acetate（1） and 24- methyl-12β,16β,20-trihydroxycholesta-1,4-dien-3-one（2） were isolated from octocoral Sinularia sp. Their structures were elucidated primarily on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR and the mass spectroscopic studies.
