导向钻井技术在埕北6B丛式井组的应用

摘　　要：介绍了胜利油田埕北６Ｂ丛式井组６口定向井的工程设计， 并分析了其钻井难点及对策， 详细述叙了利用导向钻井技术钻定向段及稳斜段的技术措施。６口定向井平均钻井周期４．３１ｄ， 平均机械钻速３２．３６ｍ ／ｈ， 与该区块１９９７年用常规钻井技术所钻井眼相比， 机械钻速明显提高， 钻井成本明显降低， 经济效益显著。Engineering designs of six wells in Chengbei 6B cluster wells in Shengli Oilfield were introduced. Drilling problems and its countermeasures were also analyzed. Meanwhile, the technical measures to drill directional and tangent section using steering drilling techniques are described in detail. The average drilling cycle and penetration rate of the six wells were 4 31d and 32 36m/h ,respectively. Compared with the wells using conventional drilling techniques in this block in 1997, penetration rate is improved and drilling cost is decreased obviously. So the economical benefit is remarkable.
