摘 要:目的探讨垂体瘤围手术期实施临床路径对提高低年资护士护理胜任力的影响。方法将符合入选条件的100例垂体瘤患者,按是否执行临床路径分为路径组与对照组,各50例。对照组按常规护理,路径组按临床路径护理。结果路径组低年资护士的护理胜任力除应急护理能力外,其余4项与对照组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论垂体瘤围手术期实施临床路径有利于提高低年资护士的护理胜任力。Objective To investigate the feasibility of enhancing junior nurses'competence through implementing clinical pathway for perioperative patients with pituitary adenoma. Methods A total of 100 patients with pituitary adenoma were divided into two groups, the control group and the intervention group, and each group included 50 patients. The control group was treated by conventional nursing while the intervention group by clinical pathway nursing. Result Except for emergency nursing conpetence, the junior nurses other four competences in the intervention group were significantly better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Implementing clinical pathway for perioperative patients with pituitary adenoma can enhance junior nurses competence.
