摘　　要：目的探讨成人胰岛细胞移植治疗1型糖尿病的围手术期管理方法与效果。方法对护理人员进行合理配置,进行有效的专科技能培训。加强移植前调控与健康教育,着重围手术期监护,严格随访。把握各环节的护理重点和危险因素,进行个性化护理指导。结果移植受者血糖控制平稳,并发症少,未发生外源性感染,且患者对护理工作满意。结论加强围手术期护理管理对胰岛细胞移植全过程的质量保证起到了关键作用。Objective To explore the methods and effects of perioperative management of patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus treated by adult pancreatic islet cell transplantation. Methods The nursing staff were allocated rationally and provided with specialized skill training. The pre - transplant regulation and health education were strengthened. The perioperative intensive care was emphasized and the patients were followed - up strictly. All aspects of key points and risk factors were paid attention and the patients were treated by individual nursing guidance. Results The recipients＇blood sugar conditions were controlled steadly. The incidence of complications was lower and no exogenous infection occurred. Patients had high satisfaction to nursing services. Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative management plays a key role in quality control in the whole process of pancreatic islet cell transplantation.
