摘　　要：目的探讨护理应急管理系统在突发传染病救治过程中的作用。方法高度重视突发传染病救治工作,迅速启动护理应急管理系统:成立护理应急管理小组,组建护理人员梯队;筹建救治病区,储备物资和设备;强化理论与技能培训,严格防护措施与流程。救治工作中充分发挥护理应急管理系统在特殊时期的应急管理与保障、重点科室的管理与支持、对医护人员的心理支持等作用。结果出色地完成了多次突发传染病的救治工作,培养了一支具有应急与危重症救治经验的专业护理人员队伍。结论在突发传染病救治过程中,充分发挥护理应急管理系统的作用,是保证应急救治工作圆满完成的关键。Objective To investigate the role of the nursing emergency management system in the outbreak of infectious disease. Methods To pay great attention to the outbreak of infectious disease and start the emergency management system quickly which included establishing emergency management group and allocating nurses in different levels, planning to build hospital wards and storing materials and equipments, stregthening to cultivate the theory and skills and con- solidating the prerenting measures and process. The nursing emergency system should be brought into full play in managing and guaranteeing emergencies during special period,in supporting and managing the key departments, and in psychological supporting for medieal staffs. Results A number of rescue work were well done and a professional and experienced nursing team was trained. Conclusion In the process of curing the outbreaks of infectious disease,nursing emergency system is the key to ensuring emergency work finished perfectly.
