摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿病区护理风险管理的方法与效果。方法针对新生儿病区的安全隐患,建立了风险管理小组;完善规章制度和工作流程;加强护士的专业技能培训。结果实施护理风险管理后留置套管针脱出、液体外渗、臀红发生率降低,新生儿家长对护理工作满意度提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论新生儿病区实施护理风险管理可以降低护理缺陷、提高新生儿家长对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing risk management in neonatal ward. Methods Aimed at the risk factors, a group of nursing risk management was established ,rules,regulations and work flow were improved, and nurses^professional training was strengthened. Results After the implemen- tation of nursing risk management in neonatal ward,the incidence of indwelling needle out of blood vessel, the fluid extravasation and the red buttock were significantly reduced （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and parentsj satisfaction to nursing was increased. Conclusion Implementing nursing risk management in neonatal ward can reduce nursing errors and increase patents＇satisfaction to nursing.
