摘 要:县级电网往往需要一套功能全面而又具备经济性的自动化系统来实现其调度和配网自动化功能,针对这类要求,提出了实用化的调配一体化技术。县级电网运行调配一体化系统在系统功能、供电可靠性、优化管理、节省投资、工作效率等方面具备优势,并且调配一体化系统在系统平台、数据采集、图形、设备管理、调配功能、标准等关键部分的一体化方面具备显著的技术特点。调配一体化技术在县级电网的实际应用,可以更好地发挥电力自动化系统的作用,提高县级电网供电可靠性,提高供电企业的经济效益,对于提高整个配网调度自动化的水平具有重要的意义。County level power grid needs an economical automation system with comprehensive functions to realize the automation of power dispatching and distribution. According to this demand, practical integration technology of power dispatching and distribution is proposed. The integrated system has advantages in system functions, power supply reliability, management optimization, investment saving, and work efficiency. The integrated system has distinct technical characteristics of integration in the key parts of system platforms, data collection, diagram, device management, dispatching function and standards. The implementation of the integrated system of power dispatching and distribution fulfills the functions of power automation systems, raises power supply reliability in county level power grid, and increases the economic profits of power supply companies. It has significant meaning in advancing the automation level of the entire dispatching and distribution network.
