摘　　要：目的:探讨美罗培南在肿瘤患者感染治疗中的应用现状,为临床提供参考。方法:通过查阅、学习国内外有关文献,掌握和分析美罗培南在肿瘤患者感染治疗中的临床疗效、不良反应、细菌学疗效。结果与结论:美罗培南在肿瘤患者感染治疗中有效率较高,不良反应少,安全性高,对大部分细菌的灭菌率高,但提示对铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等细菌的耐药性增加,应引起肿瘤科医生的高度重视。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo of the application of meropenem in anti-infective treatment of tumor patients for clinical references.METHODS：We analyzed the clinical efficacy,adverse effect and bacteriological efficacy of meropenem in anti-infective treatment of caner patients through reviewing the related literature both at home and abroad.RESULTS CONCLUSION：Meropenem has relatively high effective rate,little adverse effect and good safety in anti-infective treatment for caner patients,and it had high bactericidal rate towards most bacteria.However,physicians in oncology department should pay much attention to its increased resistance against pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii.
