摘　　要：目的:对β-内酰胺类抗生素的应用情况和趋势进行调查分析,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:采用金额排序和使用频率(DDDs)分析法,对2005—2009年β-内酰胺类抗生素的品种、年使用数量和金额、使用数量和金额的构成比、用药频度(DDDs)及日治疗费用(DDC)的变化进行统计分析。结果:调查期内β-内酰胺类抗生素的品种从25种调整为30种,呈现平稳状态。排除青霉素钠这一品种的影响,年使用总量呈逐年平稳上升,到2009年为略微下降的趋势;年使用金额呈现相同趋势。在DDDs排序中,头孢菌素类品种的应用频率呈现逐年增加的趋势。结论:我院β-内酰胺类抗生素的使用从总体上看基本稳定,但头孢菌素类部分品种存在应用频率过大现象。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo and trend of the utilization of β-Lactams antibiotics for providing references for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS：The analytical methods of consumption sum ranking and DDDs were employed for analyzing the utilization of β-Lactams antibiotics during the period 2005-2009 with regard to the variation in varieties,annual consumption quantity and consumption sum,constituent ratio of the quantity and consumption sum,DDDs and daily drug cost（DDC）.RESULTS：During the period 2005-2009,the numbers of varieties of β-Lactams antibiotics increased to 30 from 25,presenting a stable condition.Excluding the factor of Benzylpenicillin Sodium,the annual consumption quantity of the antibiotics steadily increased year by year until 2009 at which point a little downward tendency was noted.The annual consumption sum presented the similar tendency.With regard to DDDs ranking,the DDDs of cephalosporins showed an year-on-year increase trend.CONCLUSION：The utilization of β-Lactams antibiotics in our hospital was stable in general,but the DDDs of some categories of cephamycins were too high.
