摘　　要：目的:探讨影响社区获得性肺炎(CAP)住院费用的主要因素,为控制医疗费用不合理增长提供依据。方法:收集我院呼吸内科收治的社区获得性肺炎患者333例,填写CAP住院费用调查表,运用多元线性回归(步进法自变量筛选)进行分析。结果:总费用的影响因素及其排序为:年龄>WBC>AaDO2>脉率;药费为:年龄>WBC>AaDO2>体温;检查费为:收缩压>WBC>年龄;总样本量为333。结论:CAP医疗费用与年龄密切相关,加强老年CAP的诊断和规范治疗,对降低CAP医疗费用有积极作用。OBJECTIVE：To discuss the influencing factors of hospitalization costs of patients with community-acquired pneumonia（CAP） to provide references for controlling the unreasonable increase of medical costs.METHODS：A total of 333 CAP patients admitted to respiratory medicine department were assigned to fill a questionnaire regarding their hospitalization costs,with data analyzed using multiple linear regression（Stepwise Independent Variable Selection）.RESULTS：The influencing factors ranked in descending order were as follows：patients＇ age WBC AaDO2 pulse rate for total costs;age WBC AaDO2 body temperature for drug costs,and systolic pressure WBC age for examination fee.The total sample size was 333.CONCLUSION：The medical costs of CAP are closely associated with patients＇ age.By enhancing diagnosis and standardized treatment of CAP in elderly is conducive to the reduction of medical cost.
