经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术患者的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同护理方案对经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术患者的护理效果。方法:选择2008年9月～2010年9月在我院诊断为慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术的40例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组按照护理路径给予综合护理,比较两组患者护理满意度和术后恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的治愈率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期的综合护理对经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术患者护理效果好。Objective：To observe the effect of different nursing scheme to paatients with dacryorhinocy stotomy combined tube indwelling under nasal endoscope.Methods：Forty patients with dacryorhinocy stotomy combined tube indwelling under nasal endoscope who came to our hospital during 2008.9-2010.9 were selected as subject investigated.They were divided into control group and observation group,20 patients in each group.The control group accepted normal nursing.The observation group were given modular nursing according to care path.The nursing degree of satisfaction and postoperative recovery of two groups were compared.Results：The recovery rate and nursing degree of satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The modular nursing perioperative period has good nursing effect to patients with dacryorhinocy stotomy combined tube indwelling under nasal endoscope.
