复方丹参药离子导入治疗青少年进行性近视临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗青少年进行性近视的简便有效方法。方法应用复方丹参药离子导入治疗160例(316眼),每次25分钟,4周为1个疗程。结果 316眼中,显效137眼,占43.35%;有效118眼,占37.34%;无效61眼,占19.30%,总有效率为80.69%,其中6-10岁的病例中总有效率为98%,10-13岁的病例中总有效率为75%,13-16岁的病例中总有效率为70.69%。结论复方丹参药离子导入治疗青少年进行性近视疗效可靠,方法简便,避免了传统方法存在的副作用。Objetive To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in slowing the progression of myopia in children with slight to moderate myopia.Methods This trial included 160（316eyes） children winl slight to moderate myopia. They were all being treated with iontophoresis of composite salvia. Results were compared with data of pre-treatment. Results The visual acuity of 255 eyes（80.69%） is increase. Conclusion Treatment with iontophoresis of composite salvia is effictive and safe for retarding myopic progression. This treatment is well tolerated by most children.
