循证护理在玻璃体切割联合眼内填充患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在玻璃体切割联合眼内填充患者中的应用。方法将68例行玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术的患者随机分为循证组(36例)和对照组(32例),分别采用综合护理干预和常规护理方法。结果循证组遵循体位医嘱和舒适度情况都要显著优于对照组(<0.05)。结论通过循证护理方法采用综合护理措施能够提高疗效并减少患者的痛苦。Objective Aim To discuss the application of evidence-based nursing in patient undergoing vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade. Methods 68 cases undergoing vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade were divided into group control and group evidence-based nursing （EBN）, who received conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing, respectively. Results The condition of position maintaining and comfort was significantly better in group EBN than control. Conclusion Comprehensive measures concluded by EBN could increase the therapy effect and reduce the pain.
