摘　　要：《冷庐医话.医鉴篇》举古论今,提出了为医者的基本素质:博涉知病,临证当审谛覃思,谦虚谨慎,常怀慈悲恻隐之心。非此难当"健康所系,性命相托"之大任。In the Cold House Medical Talks·Yi Jian chapter,gave the ancient theory,put forward the basic quality of the doctor: extensive knowledge of disease related knowledge,seriousminded thinking when clinical practice,modest and prudent,having mercy and sense of compassion.Otherwise doctor could not undertake the duty of 'health,life entrusted'.
