中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎对照试验的Meta分析  

META analysis of the controlled trials of retention enema with Chinese medicine in treating chronic prostatitis

摘　　要：[目的]利用Meta分析评价中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。[方法]检索中国期刊全文数据库中有关中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的所有对照研究,结合人工检索相关专业期刊和中医药类期刊,根据纳入和排除标准,筛选合适文献。应用Revman4.2软件对纳入的研究进行Meta分析,并进行发表偏倚评估和敏感性分析。[结果]4篇文献纳入本项研究,累计病例163例,对照组125例。与对照组相比,中药保留灌肠组的有效率和治愈率均显著提高(P<0.01),其中有效率提高23.4%(合并RR,1.34;95%CI,1.18,1.52;),治愈率提高25.4%(合并RR,2.53;95%CI,1.61,3.98)。[结论]中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效确切,是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法之一。[Objective] To determine the effect of Chinese medicine retention enema on chronic prostatitis [Methods] We retrieved all the casecontrol studies on Chinese medicine retention enema for chronic prostatitis in CNKI databases,Combined with artificial retrieval relevant professional periodicals and traditional Chinese medicine journals according to enrolling and exclusion standard,screening appropriate literature,and performed metaanalyses of the included studies with the software Revman 4.2.and publication bias assessment and sensitivity analysis.[Results] Four articles were included in this study,163 cases were cumulated,There were 125 cases in the control group.Compared with control,the effects and cure rate were improved significantly in Chinese medicine re tention enema group（P 0.01）,in which the effective rate increased by 23.4%（integrated RR,1.34;95% CI,1.18 1.52.The cure rate increased by 25.4 percent（integrated RR 2.53;95% CI,1.61,3.98） [Conclusion] The cure effect is definite in treating chronic prostatitis with Chinese medicine retention enema.
