摘　　要：[目的]建立测定舒脑心胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。[方法]采用NH2柱以乙腈-水（90∶10）为流动相,用高效液相色谱法测定,检测波长为203 nm。[结果]人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.542 8~2.715μg之间线性良好r,=0.999 8,样品平均加样回收率为97.24%,峰面积（RSD）值为1.43%。[结论]此方法简便、准确、重现性良好,可作为降脂胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量测定的方法。[Objective] To establish a method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shunaoxin capsules.[Method] A simple HPLC method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 was established.The determina tion was carried out taking column as the mobile phase of acetonirilewater（85：15） and detection wavelength was 203 nm.[Result] The ginsenoside Rg1 input sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.542 8~2.715 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The average recovery of the added sample was 97.24%.RSD was 1.43%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in jiangzhi capsules.
