临床护理路径在急腹症院前急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在急腹症院前急救中应用的意义。方法将100例急腹症患者分为两组,分别为实验组和对照组;实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组采用传统方法进行护理。结果实验组的接诊至明确诊断时间和接诊至接受手术治疗时间均较对照组短,实验组的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径提高了急腹症患者的诊治效率和满意度。Objective To investigate the significance of clinical nursing paths in the first aid of acute abdomen. Methods The one hundred cases of acute abdomen patients were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group and control group. The clinical nursing paths were used in the experimental group and the traditional nursing method were used in the control group. Results The time from admissions to diagnosis and from admissions to surgery of the experimental group were shorter than the control group. The satisfaction degrees of the experimental group were more excellent than the control group. There were significant difference beteen the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing paths can improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdomen,increas satisfaction degrees of patient.
