BULL浮动均值法监控LH750血球分析溯源稳定性的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨贝克曼库尔特LH750血球分析仪在血液检测后,用BULL浮动均值法(X-B法)监控血球分析相关参数溯源稳定性的应用。方法在保证血液分析仪测定数据的可溯源性的同时,应用分析仪软件中提供的浮动均值分析系统(X-B分析系统)测定临床标本MCV、MCH、MCHC多项指标浮动均值的趋势。结果一方面,X-B法在应用时监控者可以及时发现全血5CPlus溯源所不能提示的诸多影响因素;另一方面,在仪器良好状态时,RBC、Hb、MCH、MCHC、MCV的均值都在较小的范围内变化,XB分析法质控图与全血溯源质控品质控图变化趋势基本一致。结论经试验证明,该方法可以作为对LH750血球分析溯源稳定性的监控又一种选择。Objective In order to discuss the application of monitoring the related parameter measurement traceability by using Beckman Coulter LH750 Bull Moving Average Method （the Method of X-B）in the blood examination. Methods When the traceability of blood analyzer determination data is guaranteed,fluctuation average value analysis system provided by the analyzer software（X-B analysis system）is used,the clinical specimen is examined,such as MCV,MCH and MCHC,whose fluctuation average value tendency is determined. Results On the one hand,when X-B is applied,many influencing factors which the material controls 5CPlus cannot prompt may be discovered. On the other hand,when instrument is in good state,average value of RBC,HB,MCH,MCHC and MCV changes in the small scope,the XB analytic method quality control chart is consistent with quality control chart change tendency of blood traceability quality control sample basically. Conclusion It is examined that this method can be used as another approach to monitor the analysis traceability stability of LH750.
