摘  要:本试验选用45日龄健康长白断乳仔猪60头,随机分为四组,每组15头,a、b、c纽分别为复合微生态制剂预防组、复合微生态制剂治疗组和土霉素治疗组,d组为空白对照组;选用一日龄公雏鸡200只,随机分为四组,每组50只,a、b、c组分别为复合微生态制剂预防组、复合微生态制剂治疗组、环丙沙星治疗组,d组为空白对照组。试验结果表明:仔猪饲喂复合微生态制剂可有效预防猪霍乱沙门氏茵性肠炎,且对已感染仔猪的治愈率达93.3%,3个处理组的末均重和日增重与对照组相比都有显著差异(P〈0.05);雏鸡饲喂复合微生态制剂能有效降低鸡白痢发病数,且对b组中50只发病雏鸡的治愈率达到90%,3个处理组的末均重和日增重与对照组相比都达到极显著差异(P〈0.01)。微生态制剂可显著提高动物生长速度,防病治病,减少死亡率。The experiment selected 60 45 - day - old weaned landraces which were randomly divided into 4 groups, one control group ( d ) and three experimental groups ( group a, b, c). Each group has 30 piglets and the experimental groups a, b, c were prevention group of microbial ecological agents, treatment group of microbial ecological agents and treatment group of oxytetra- cycline respectively. In addition, it selected 200 1 7 day - old chicks which were randomly divid- ed into 4 groups, one control group (d) and three experimental groups (group a, b, e). Each group has 50 chicks and the experimental groups a, b, c were prevention group of microbial eco- logical agents, treatment group of microbial ecological agents and treatment group of ciprofloxacin. The results showed that the piglets feeding with microbial ecological agents could effectively prevent pig cholera salmonella enteritis and the cure rate of curing infected piglets was 93.3%. The difference between the average weight and daily gain of the groups a, b, c and the control were significant (p 〈 0.05). The chick feeding with microbial ecological agents could effective decrease the numbers of white scour of chicken and the curing rate of sick chicken in the group b was 90%. The difference between the average weight and daily gain of the groups a, b, c and the control were significant (p 〈0.01 ). The microbial ecological agents could significantly increase the growth rate, prevent and cure the disease and decrease the death rate.
