摘　　要：以自然法为关键词跨库检索CNKI全文数据库共得374条文献信息,其中核心期刊登载63篇论文,优秀硕士论文21篇,博士论文7篇。经过对文献的分析,对自然法的研究大致可以分为自然法源流的全景分析,名家专题的自然法思想研究及以中西比较视域下自然法研究。The author searched the CNKI full database with the natural law as the keywords,finding 374 literatures,of which 63 papers are published in the core journals,21 outstanding master＇s thesis and 7 doctoral dissertations.After the analysis of the literature on the study of natural law,the literature can be divided into the panorama analysis on the origins of the natural law,the topic study on the natural law thought of the famous experts and the natural law thinking from the perspective of Chinese and Western comparison.In this paper,the literatures on natural law are also summarized from several aspects as mentioned above.
