摘　　要：文章提出了高校图书馆建立网络资源搜索评估、指导用户网络检索和基于网络进行信息咨询小组的构想，阐述了小组的四项工作原则、服务对象与服务提供方式、搜索范围等基本内容，讨论了全国高校基于教育科研网共享搜索结果、成立咨询讨论组和进行联合咨询等问题，指出小组具有解决网上“从哪里获得有价值信息和怎样获得”的问题，具有使传统咨询中“答案在哪里”的回答变为“答案是什么”的功能。s〕 The article proposes to set up network information searching, evaluation and consultation groups to direct consummers to use network retrieval system for information consultation.At the same time, its four working principles, targets, ways and scope are laborated here. Furthermore, it discusses how colleges and universities share the network collecting results based on The Education and Scientific Research Network and how to build consultation groups for common use,ete.The article points out creatively that the groups not only has function of solving the problem “where and how could valuable information be found',but also change the traditional problem 'where is the answer“into'what is the answer'.
