摘　　要：区域卫生信息化建设高潮已经在中国拉开了序幕,云计算技术的应用也正进入发展阶段,它们的结合是是必然的结果。区域卫生信息的复杂性以及云计算技术的架构性特点,对基于云计算的区域卫生信息平台部署提出了机遇和挑战。基于云计算的区域卫生信息网络架构是关键的基础设施,关系到云计算部署后的效率、扩展性,需要针对区域卫生信息下的基于云计算的数据存储和交换需求构建特殊的网络架构。A new upsurge in Regional Health Information Construction is in the making, at the same time, the cloud computing technology is developing, the combination between them will be a necessary result. The complexity of Regional Health Information and the features of Cloud Computing, become the chance and challenge of the implement of the regional health information platform. The network architecture is the key infrastructure related to the efficiency and extensibility after the deployment of cloud computing. The demand of build special network architecture based on the cloud computing data storage and exchange is needed.
