摘　　要：随着近年来信息技术的快速发展,地理信息系统(GIS)作为空间信息技术核心之一,与公共卫生管理决策的结合也越来越紧密,在公共卫生领域的应用也越来越广泛,它能为突发公共卫生事件的预防、控制和应急指挥工作提供动态、直观、高效、便捷的方法和途径。分析了突发公共卫生事件应急所面临的问题与对策,以及GIS在突发公共卫生应急指挥工作中应用的技术基础和优势,结合实际工作阐述了GIS在突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统中的构建模式。With the development of information technologies in recent years, the combination between GIS and management decision-making of public health is becoming closer and closer, and it＇ s application in the fields of public health is becoming more and more wide. As the core of spatial information technology, GIS is able to provide dynamic, intuitionistic, efficient and convenient methods of prevention and control for emergency response of public health, in this article, the author analyses the problems and the countermeasures faced in the emergency response of public health, and the technological base and predominance of GIS in the application of emergency response of public health, and set forth an unique constructional mode of GIS in the emergency response of public health with the combination of real works.
